Host structure
The overall structure of the sawing machine mainly consists of the following components:
1. X-axis sliding table: drive the saw blade X-axis direction feed;
2. Y-axis sliding table: drive the workpiece Y-axis movement;
3. Z-axis column sliding table: drive the saw blade Z-axis direction;
4, rotary table: drive the workpiece 360 degrees turn;
5, chassis: main support and connection;
6, main shaft: 7.5KW frequency conversion cutting special spindle;
7, chip filter: chip collection, left dandruff;
8, cover: steel plate paint, the front door (up and down the door) for the pneumatic control automatic switch door.
