The specific working principle of the core projector

Resin sand shell core method is a detailed core process, it is containing phenolic resin core sand (shell core sand) into the heated metal box, keep a certain time (5~15s), near the core wall of the core sand resin dissolution and sand bond together, along the core chamber wall with the determined thickness of the plastic state shell. After pouring the excess core sand out, continue to heat to determine the time (30~90s), open the core box to top the shell core, that is, the hollow thin shell sand core with the wall thickness is very small (only 5~12mm). Only 1~2min is used to make a sand core.

⑴ Heating core box core box of electricity or gas heating. The heating temperature of the core box is determined by the core sand adhesive, shell thickness, crust time and hardening time, generally 260~280℃.

⑵ The fluidity of the sand shell core is good, so only the low pressure compressed air into 0.1~0.3MPa in the sand blowing, and then the pressure should be maintained in the determined time (1~3s). Grasping the sand blowing pressure and keeping time is conducive to obtaining clear, complete and smooth sand core.

⑶ After the end of the crust sand blowing, the sand blowing bucket stays for a period of time to crust, the crust time is generally 15~50s, the thickness of the shell is determined according to the need, generally 3~10mm.

⑷ After pouring out the residual sand to reach the specified shell thickness, the sand drop bucket turns over 180° and turns the core core sand back to the sand bucket. Then make the left, right 45° swing, to reverse the uncoated core sand.

⑸ Hardening will have the shell but still in the plastic state of the thin shell continue to heat for a period of time, so that the plastic thin shell all hardening. The hardening time depends on the thickness of the shell, generally about 2min.

⑹ Top core, core hardening end, good strength of the thin shell sand core has been made, can be top out from the core box, with manual or one to one tools to take out for use.
