1. Use a gas-liquid booster pump to provide water pressure;

2. Use pneumatic clamps to quickly clamp the cartirdge.

3. Twelve stations are equipped with fixtures that can work independently, and are immersed in water for gas testing when gas testing is required;

4. Use plc + touch screen to control the work of each station, and it will automatically alarm after the test is completed;

5. By adjusting the clamping air pressure on the fixture, the clamping force can be adjusted.

Configuration: 

1. The equipment is processed with brushed stainless steel, and four universal casters are installed at the bottom; 

2. Use a gas-liquid booster pump to output test water pressure, and connect the factory's own gas spring to output test air pressure; 

3. Configure 12 stations, each Each station has independent air-controlled fixtures for clamping, and these fixtures can be independently lifted.
